Military bands are traditionally known for their fantastic and professional marching bands.

The Minden Band is no exception as well as a stunning and entertaining concert band capability it also has a number of very accomplished smaller ensembles available.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The ensembles include:

• Big Band - The sound and sight of a full 16 piece plus big band performing the music of the swing period and indeed the more modern numbers.
• Soul Band 'Mind 'n' Soul' - A stunning soul band.  This band know how to make a party sing and they have become performed regularly at the annual CAMUS RHYTHM FORCE concert.  In December 2009 the band was part of the team that went to supply musical support to troops in Afghanistan a video of which can be seen below.
• Brass quintet - Ideal for any event whether it be background or a featured act.  The quintet cover many styles including, baroque, light jazz, popular, and military marches.
• Woodwind quintet - For a slightly more delicate sound compared to the brass quintet.  Covering a range of music and styles suitable for most events.
