The Band of The Royal Regiment of Scotland was established in 2006 from the Lowland and Highland bands of the Scottish Division.

The role of the Band is to support the Army, the State and all ceremonial occasions that occur in Scotland's capital and the wider Army as required.  The Band is one of the 22 bands of the Corps of Army Music, but is currently the only regular band stationed in Scotland.

The Band is a regular performer at the world famous Edinburgh Royal MilitaryTattoo and has travelled around the world extensively.

Below is a video of the Ceilidh band, 'Drop O' The Good Stuff' performing at the recent Help for Heroes concert Twickenham stadium in front of 60,000 people. The video is taken from the BBC's coverage of the event.
