The Band are always looking for talented musicians. Our Band is located in Chatham, Kent but it is also close to London. If this Band has no vacancies then there may be a place for your talents in another of the 22 Regular Bands within the Corps.

The Royal Military School of Music at Kneller Hall regularly runs 'Insight Courses' to give potential recruits an idea what life as an Army Musician within the Corps of Army Music life is all about. The course is generally 5 days long and involves rehearsals, performances, band engagements, military skill, sport and social events.
Unfortunately the Band of the Corps of Royal Engineers cannot offer Insight Courses but if you would like to spend just a day with the Band to see what life is like within the Band and the kind of jobs we do on a daily basis then please contact the Bandmaster or the Band Recruiting Team.
