Address: Cheshire Military Museum, The Castle Chester CH1 2DN Telephone: 01244 327617 Email:museum@chester.ac.uk
When visiting the Cheshire Military Museum you will be met by regimental volunteers who will be able to direct you to the start of the tour. We think you will spend an interesting hour or so viewing and listening to the interactive videos as well as the many exhibits depicting life in the army from 1689 to the present day.

Those amongst you who spent any time in the Army will no doubt remember this scene, many will have told their children and even maybe their grandchildren stories about this 'much loved' activity.

The cry "Over the top" must have been heard many times during World War 1 in trenches just like the one you see here in this photograph.
