This page is designed to provide users with useful images, or downloads, for use in documents or for general interest. The nature of the website is such that many of the images on other pages within the website are optimised for the Web and as such are not of a useable quality for presentations etc.
Please note that the size of some of the images or files will require longer download times.
Click here to view a Short History of the Regiment, Slide Show and the Corporate Guide for the Light Infantry - all as Shockwave Flash version (note it is 2.08mb in size).
Corporate Regimental Images. This section contains images to be used on any official Light Infantry badged material. No other forms of the Cap Badge are authorised as official. The images are as seen throughout this website, but of a higher quality. Click on a description below to download the badge, or click here to read the Corporate Guide as issued by RHQ LI (PDF document 1.25mb)
Regimental History Presentations. This section contains PowerPoint Presentations on some of the main battles and campaigns undertaken by Light Infantry and Rifle Regiments over the last 200 years. The presentations are not optimsed for the Web and PowerPoint software will be required to run the presentations. Click on the slide to view the presentations properly. Clicking on the up and down arrows will not display all the builds. They are full of pictures and inteactive maps, which are designed to be used for Regimental History style presentations. Each slide has all the information the user will require to brief, with a high level of knowledge. If however you require all the presentations on a single CD-ROM, instead of waiting to download them, contact the Regimental Webmaster on nickilic@armymail.mod.uk. Price per CD-ROM is £10 (includes all the presentations), which includes administration, postage and packing.
