Standing Instruction 6200 parts one to four deals with the general terms and conditions
of service for LEC. This is the term used for those working on the German economy (DEL)
and the Force Family Members (Dependants). The instruction not only gives detailed
instructions of the employment of LEC, it also contains many of the forms currently in use.
