Just arrived in Hohne? Whilst registering with the Medical and Dental Centre, why not visit the GLSU!
We are situated right next to the Dental Centre in MB 50 on the first floor. You'll find the Fallingbostel and Celle GLSU offices just next door to the Station Staff Offices in those areas.
We employ roughly 1200 civilian staff in support of the British forces
within Hohne Garrison. This includes roughly 525 in Hohne, 515 in Bad Fallingbostel, 135 in Celle as well as around 30 in Kiel. The staff are employed both as Dependants (spouses and children of HM Forces and UKBC personnel with a valid UK Passport), or as Directly Employed Labour (DEL). If you wish to visit us to register for work with our recruiting staff our opening times are:
0830 - 1200 hrs Monday to Thursday.
0830 - 1200 hrs Friday.
In order to make registration as easy as possible for you please bring the following documents:
Passport
ID Card or Temporary ID
Birth and Marriage certificates
National Insurance number
Previous Service Record (copies of any previous GLSU contracts or End of Service certificates
(BFG form 126) would be useful.
A current CV.
Any references.
