HQ D INT CORPS is now an awarding body for City & Guilds Senior Awards in Intelligence Management. Please see the attached for full details.
Hopefully these awards have been designed in such a way as not to exclude any member of the Corps from applying (they should be equally applicable to anyone across the Corps' disciplines), so if you feel for any reason that the criteria excludes you - please let us know.

DETS(A) have been working with City & Guilds to develop a pan-Army award, and the draft details can be found here. Full details should be published in Defence Instruction Notice - DIN 200606-094 (which should be out in Jun/Jul/06), The eagle-eyed among you will spot a discrepancy between 'our' senior award and this one at the Graduateship level - we are working with City & Guilds to amend this.

Several Colleges offer opportunties to gain awards on the back of CLM; some awards involve doing further work, and some do not. Further details can be found here.

INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS NVQ 3

This award was originally developed for Police Intelligence Analysts, but is still applicable for many members of the Intelligence Corps. Work is being done in the Directorate to try and widen the scope of this award, which at present is probably best attempted by Corporals and above. For more information on this award please contact:

The Directorate is currently working towards producing a Foundation Degree Framework for the Intelligence Corps, but this work is in its infancy.
