The Massed Bands of the Household Division.

The Massed Bands of the Household Division will hold a gala musical evening at London’s Royal Albert Hall, SW7 2AP on Saturday 18th September at 7.30pm.

Seven military bands will showcase their individual and collective talents performing a range of classical military marches and popular melodies at the concert Scarlet and Gold.

Featuring a Corps of Drums, the Pipes and Drums of the Scots Guards Association, Fanfare and State Trumpeters, the evening promises to be a magnificent musical experience for fans of military music and the Big Band sound everywhere.

The Guards Museum Enterprises Ltd is proud to welcome singing star Hayley Westenra, who will perform a selection of popular songs and nostalgic numbers from the Second World War.

An added highlight of the evening will be the world premier performance of a major new instrumental work, ‘Guards in Action’, commissioned especially for the evening and written by Robin Dewhurst.

All proceeds from the sale of tickets will raise money for military charities.
