The vision of D CBM(A) - is an integrated Command, Control, Communication, Computer and Information (C4I) capability delivering decision superiority.
 
The mission of D CBM(A) is to provide capability integration of CBM(L) and transform the Army's use of information in order to enhance military capability through decision superiority.
