Army Cadet Force Chaplain

To become an Army Cadet Force Chaplain you will need:

  • To be an ordained member of one of the following sending Churches:
    • The Church of England (Incorporating the Anglican Communion)
    • The Church of Scotland (With the Presbyterian Church of Ireland)
    • The Roman Catholic Church
    • The Methodist Church
    • The United Board (Incorporating the Baptist Union, The United Reformed Church and the Congregational Church)
  • To have at least one year of experience as an ordained person.
  • To offer a three year commitment
  • To be aged under 62

You will be attached to a county ACF and visit training evenings and weekends.

Your principal commitment is to the annual camp which can last from 10 to 14 days.

You will be paid for your commitment at a rate of approximately £80 for full days and pro-rata for evenings.
