  • Personal Development Record - The PDR records factual information such as dates of postings or courses, encourages people to examine individual learning outcomes from work experience, and provides everyone with an incentive to take forward their own personal development plans. It allows soldiers to map their careers against recognised career and personal goals. Serving personnel can located further information about personal and professional development on the Army's extranet, ArmyNet.
