Attention! Do you and your staff know how to act during a hazmat incident?

You have just missed the 1st Response training course for March but we will be holding another one on April 21st at our Harwell site.

1st Response is a unique, one-day course that has been designed and developed by Emergency Responders from NCEC, together with Responsible Care experts from the CIA & CBA (previously known as BCDTA) as well as leading Fire & Police Officers who are hazardous material  specialists.

There is no other course that brings together such practical and upto-date content or provides such an insight into what to expect when attending an incident and to understand better what is expected of you.

NCEC is proud to announce that for the sixth year running, we have been awarded the Gold Award mark of excellence for health and safety from RoSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents).

This is a huge achievement as the judging criteria is extremely rigorous undertaken by a panel including highly experienced health and safety professionals as well as representatives from the Health and Safety Executive, Engineering Employers’ Federation, Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, Society of Occupational Health Nurses, National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health, Local Government Employers, Electrical Contractors’ Association and the Trades Union Congress.
