Welcome to OffPAT
OffPAT is a membership network that operates a value for money, shared services approach to programme and project best practice. Our aim is to support the growth of effective programme and project cultures within our member organisations as they support the appraisal, development, delivery and evaluation of economic development and regeneration programmes and projects.
OffPAT provides its members with an effective means to:
- access the many sources of central government programme and project requirements
- maximise the use of resources, time and cost in reviewing and applying mandatory government guidance
- learn from one another and strengthen the transfer of best practice
- collaborate for a common understanding of the programme and project topics; to adopt common practices, to develop collective responses to consultations
- avoid duplication of effort in developing and disseminating good practice on a common basis across the network
