It seems to spell business as it has been for the past decade - Business Link Advice and local authority leadership etc. We need a step change in the way we do things. Surely the government has had enough time to develop a vision and a plan of action? We've known about climate change for quite a few years now. What we need most is a long term framework - and not the short term approach underlying initiatives such as the Low Carbon Buildings Fund with its impossible stop- start approach. Just get on with it and show a little ambition. Please! I find this website really depressing.
