Task 2 - Survey Completion
This task is no longer required by ANY authority. The below is for historical interest only.
BIS issued a survey via the site surveymonkey.com so we could understand how you process applications for licences, permits etc. and how you will prepare for the ELMS implementation. The questionnaire also asked about what type of formalities you manage as well as questions regarding e-payment and website functionality. The Primary Liaison Point (PLP) in each authority was sent the survey.
Local Authorities
The survey should have been returned by May at the latest. If your authority has not yet returned the questionnaire the collection is now closed. Some specific technical information will be collected via other activities. Please focus on completing the remaining tasks.
Competent Authorities
If you have not completed the questionnaire we still need need you to! By completing the questionnaire you will help drive the development of PSC and more importantly let us know how you intend to connect to the PSC.
We have produced a guidance document for your region (see related documents) to assist with the completion of the survey. Access to the survey can be found in the related links panel.
Please Note: the online survey should be completed from one computer and cannot be shared between various contributors’ PCs. Therefore to facilitate the process we have provided a script document (see documents panel) which you can circulate amongst relevant colleagues who can write their answers on this document and finally give to a single officer who can then enter the answers using the link.
