Professor Will J Stewart, FREng, FIET, FInstP, FOSA, is an expert on photonics, communications and electromagnetics. He is a visiting Professor at UCL and at the ORC at Southampton, and has authored on some 64 conference and journal papers. A past member of the editorial advisory board for the journal 'Science', Will was chairman of the ICT panel on the recent report commissioned by the UK government on adaptation of infrastructure to climate change, and is a member of the government’s engineering infrastructure expert group.
