What if I am not completely sure what my objectives should be?

Don't worry, the facilitator will help you think through the issues you are dealing with, explore various options you might take and help you realise your specific objectives.

Can we address immediate rather than future concerns?

Yes. futurefocus is a practical environment where participants are encouraged to think broadly about future issues and uncertainties, and ways people work together to tackle immediate issues more effectively.

How long should the event last?

When your facilitator meets you to discuss and plan for the event they will advise on the length based on the time required to achieve your objectives. This might be half or whole day, or a series of short events over a number of weeks. The important thing is to ensure sufficient time is allowed, rather than trying to do too much in too short a session.

What other sorts of facilitation can futurefocus offer?

All events are tailored to our customers' needs, so please contact us as soon as you can to talk about how we may be able to help. Our facilitators have many years' professional experience inside and outside futurefocus, which has itself run over 1000 successful events.

In addition to the more traditional methods we can offer team days, one-to-one interviews, storytelling, visualisation, storyboard, singing, role-play, scenario building and writing, conflict resolution and much more. We are very adaptable and always look to find a solution that meets your specific requirements.
