Will the facilitator understand our needs?
The professional facilitation team have a variety of backgrounds in science, the arts, business, education and government. They are experienced in working inside and outside government, and at all levels within an organisation. We select the right skills and personality to suit your needs. When booking it is best to be flexible on dates to allow more facilitators to be considered.

Does the facilitator only use the laptops and group systems software?
No. The group systems software helps to capture everybody's ideas very quickly and is completely anonymous which is extremely beneficial for mixed groups, breaking down polarised standpoints, removing grade or personality dominance. Of course group discussions are encouraged and all the normal facilitation techniques are employed.

No. Every event is tailored to the needs of achieving the objectives on behalf of the customer. There is no typical event.

What do people typically do in the Immersive Theatre?
The theatre is used to broaden minds and stretch participants who are thinking about change and the way the future might be unfolding; and to get everyone talking and listening. This demonstrably improves thinking by increasing and improving the quality of creative idea generation during the subsequent brainstorming process.
