Approach

Our approach to every project is focussed on the client’s outcome underpinned by our embedded process.

  • Consultation - The Consultation meeting enables clients to become familiar with the futurefocus process, discuss and allow time, for reflection on the outcomes you are looking to achieve understand the tailor made methodology, experience our unique collaborative environment and proven facilitation process.
  • Design - During and following this planning meeting, we will work with you to define the purpose, objectives, outputs, inputs, participants and logistics for the futurefocus session to create a tailor made workshop/s.
  • Deliver - The futurefocus event is pre-planned. The facilitator will guide participants through the agreed process yet allow a high degree of flexibility in the decision-making process.
  • Report - After the futurefocus session, we prepare a summary report detailing the outputs of the work.
